With the inception of the Mech Unit Tournaments, like the denominated Clan Wars, Squad Wars and Faction Wars, the mysterious manufacturers known as the Craftsmen, took an important role as sponsors, organizers and creators of three pristine Mechs Classes created in exclusive to award the champion units of that competition.


Nephilax, Vizi and Zadok are tetrapods Mechs created with paragon tech, even while using Crystal technology, these three Mech Classes are well above the majority of the crystal creations and without any kind of doubt, atop the best Mech models in their respective tonnages.

The Zadok Class, also known as "Battle-Cat" is a teaming Mech built with a superior power plant providing impressive speed and maneuverability rates. The capabilities of Zadok are mainly focused to cause threat to the opponents, with enhanced systems of gunnery with all kind of weaponry, and augmentations and spreading skills to the menace they can cause.

Their tetrapod structure is well balanced and they can allocate up to three structural modules for every available equipment type (Cockpit, Chassis, Engine and Shields).

For many years, the Zadok prototype exhibition showed the colors and shield of the legendary 99th Chessmen Core R&D clan, in honor of the extraordinary performance that earned them the Gold for twelve consecutive tournaments in what was called the Golden Year of the RND (The "Research & Development" Mercenary Faction).
