Released in 3332 by the Craftsmen from the Second Metaverse (a parallel universe) and gifted to the braves who participated in their defense against the recurrent menace of Meta-Droch'ah. 

As with the first Metaverse SuperMech, the Guardian, Cavalier carries a special weapon system: An inbuilt and non removable Lance capable to release a subspace kinetic energy wave with power to pierce an opponent and damage those behind with the highest trampling effect ever known. 

Another noticeable characteristic of the Cavalier Class is the lack of a focus on a specific type of weaponry (fire, ice, laser, missile and projectile weapons) but a high set of capabilities to enhance the damage produced with any equipped weapon as a paramount ability to amplify its threat through spreading skills, like Wide Fork, Fork, Splash and Trample.

The payback of what could have been a formidable King among the BFM and UFM classes is its low speed performance. A standard set of engine modules (5) available at level 176, a low inbuilt speed (-13) once at level 240 and the worst of the weapon slots ratios (1:4 in opposition to the usual 1:3 for all Niode BFM and UFM) turns the Cavalier a low desirable option for those among the elite Pilots.
Mortaeii Gustorae

As the Guardian model, the Cavalier keeps the MG letters engraved in the Armour Shoulders and left leg, representing the words "Mortaeii Gustorae" which in the ancient Meta-Craftsmen language means "Defender of Mankind". All a statement for those who fight in defense of the Mankind, no matter in which Universe, protecting us from the multiple threat menaces.

The strong point of the Cavalier comes from spreading damage capacities like Wide Fork, Fork, Splash and Trample, although Cavalier acquires a lower ratio of weapon slots than any other Niode BFM or UFM.
