The Art of War is an ancient Chinese military treatise dating from the 5th century BC. Attributed to the ancient Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu ("Master Sun"), is composed of 13 chapters. Each one treats a different aspect of warfare and how that applies to military strategy and tactics.
From its creation, the lead text became an anthology of many of the most prestigious generals through the history of the Pre-Digital and Post-Digital Ages. Even in the present, The Art of War remains as the most influential strategy text in the Shogunate and keeps a profound influence on the Galactic military and trade thinking.

With the introduction of Mech technology in 3087, this treatise adapted to the new issues generated by Mech warfare. This is an extract and a summary of its content.
This text is inspired on the precepts of the Art of War and other ancient texts of wisdom, adapted and combined with modern Mech warfare, from the perspective of the Mech Commander and Pilot.
