After Niodes, Crystal is the most important resource in the Galaxy.

The standard quality Mechs are, in the majority, built with a special crystal. It is used to build their gigantic structures, equipment and weapons when combined with other components such as Ferrite and Bioptics.

The Crystal is an advanced composite of processed mineral crystallized structures that the Mech technology manufacturers and companies use to create several components in the building of Mech technology.

While not excelling in this as much as the Niodes and the Bioptics do, Crystals can be used like a battery to store energy or data. Crystal is used with many other components to process ferrite, becoming one of the most frequently used resource to create Mech technology.

The rare crystal can be found in mineral deposits, where it is necessary to subject it to complex processing. However, Crystal is most frequently cultivated in crystal farms, in which chemical fertilizers obtain high levels of productions of the crystalline synthetic mineral, that can grow under optimal conditions in several environments throughout the Galaxy.

The second most frequent way to acquire crystal is recycling the resources of salvage or cannibalizing fallen Mechs.

Those who don't wish to waste their precious time, or who regard harvest operations as unworthy of their Mech pilot status, can try to acquire the crystal by fighting in circuit fights. In these circuit fights the most skilled pilots can win large amounts of crystal every time they defeat their opponent.
